Your groups, your fields

Voices, plots or patrols: tag members the way your association is organised, and add your own fields for what you need to know. Save a group as a segment, and it stays up to date.

Call the AGM without the paperwork

Write the notice with the standard agenda in the free AGM notice tool, check the dates against your statutes, and send it to every active member as a club email. You see who it reached.

A board that shares the work

Give the treasurer and the secretary their own login. Admins run things; committee members can see the members and the overview but can’t change anything. When the chair steps down, hand the association over.

Team

Admin · Members, payments, memberships, settings and the team.

The rest of the association’s year

  • Fees, paid and followed up

A fee run for the year’s membership, with a reminder to everyone who hasn’t paid.

  • Newsletters by email

Send the association’s news to everyone, or just to one group.

  • Rehearsals, working days and trips

One-off or weekly, with sign-ups, a waitlist and a reminder.

  • How the year went

Who joined and who left, renewals and the fees paid, for the board’s report.

Questions clubs ask

We’re not a sports club. Does it fit?

Yes. Nothing assumes teams or matches: your groups are tags, your own questions are fields, and you choose what the membership types are called.

Can members be on the board and in a group at once?

Yes. A member can have any number of tags, and a board member can also have a login to help run things.

Does Clubroom hold the AGM?

No. The free tool writes the notice, and Clubroom sends it to the members. Voting and the minutes stay at the meeting.

What happens when the board changes?

The owner hands the association over to someone else on the team. They confirm by email, and the old owner becomes an admin.

Can our sections charge their own fees?

Yes. Set each section up as a department with its own membership types and fee periods, and members join one or several. The Departments page shows how.

Bring your association in.

Associations join in small groups so each one gets proper help moving over. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it’s your turn.
