Counted the way CFR counts

A member counts when they paid for at least three months of the year, and their age is their age on 31 December. Clubroom applies both rules and fills CFR’s age bands, split into the genders CFR asks for.

Questions clubs ask

Does Clubroom send the count to CFR?

No. CFR takes the numbers in its own form at medlemstal.dk. Clubroom gives you the numbers to type in, and a CSV to keep.

Which members count?

Those who paid for at least three months of the year, counted by their age on 31 December of that year.

What if a member has no birth date?

They’re counted under unknown age, and the count lists them so you can add it before you report.
