Payments

Fees in, without chasing anyone.

Members pay the way your club already takes money, and every payment lands in a ledger the treasurer can hand straight to the accountant.

A ledger your accountant will like

Every payment is a line that can’t be changed afterwards. A mistake is voided with a reason, and the year exports as a journal file for Dinero or e-conomic.

The rest of the money side

  • Fee periods that fit

Your club sets its own calendar, say August to July, and a department or a membership type can have its own. A type can also run for the calendar year, or for a year from the day each member joins.

  • Bank files that match themselves

Upload the CSV from your online bank. Transfers with a payment reference find their member; the rest you check.

  • Online with your own agreement

Online payment runs through your club’s own Vipps MobilePay agreement, so the money goes straight to the club.

  • We take no cut

Your payment provider charges what it charges. Clubroom adds nothing on top of a payment.

  • Your numbers, as files

The ledger as a CSV, and a journal file in the columns Dinero and e-conomic import.

Questions clubs ask

Do we have to take payment online?

No. Bank transfer, MobilePay to a number, cash and other all work, and you record them in a click or from your bank’s CSV. Online payment is there for clubs that want it, through the club’s own Vipps MobilePay agreement.

Does Clubroom take a percentage of payments?

No. We take no cut. If you take payment online, your provider’s fees are between you and them.

Do reminders go out by themselves?

Automatic reminders go out when you take payment online. Otherwise you send them yourself with Email unpaid, which reaches everyone who owes in one go.

Can we connect to our accounting system?

There’s no direct connection. You download a journal file (kassekladde) in the columns Dinero and e-conomic import, and import it there.

Clubs join in small groups so each one gets proper help moving over. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it’s your turn.
