Yes. Export your member list as CSV or Excel and upload it. We recognise exports from Conventus, Klubmodul, Holdsport, ForeningLet and MinForening, map the columns, and turn groups or teams into tags. Addresses, old member numbers and your own fields aren't imported.
No. Members get links by email to their card, their details, their renewal and event replies. There's no password to forget.
A tag is something you put on a member, like a team or a role. A segment is a saved filter, such as everyone on U13 whose membership is about to expire, and it updates by itself.
Give the type an age limit and a type to move to. Members move at their next renewal, and until then the member list shows who has aged out and who has nowhere to go.
Yes, both are optional fields you can turn on. You need them for the CFR member count.
