Every club in DIF or DGI reports its members to the Centrale Foreningsregister (CFR) once a year. This year's window is 1 December 2026 to 31 January 2027. The numbers decide your club's share of grants, so they're worth getting right.
Who counts
- Members who have paid for at least 3 months of the year.
- Each member is counted by their age on 31 December, in 8 age bands: 0-6, 7-12, 13-18, 19-24, 25-39, 40-59, 60-69 and 70+.
- One grid for the whole club, or one per department if your club has departments: CFR asks for each activity on its own form. A member in two departments counts in each. Passive members aren't counted separately.
Got departments? Under Departments, untick one that isn't reported (a fitness room, say). To report several departments on one form, open a grid's … menu and click Combine with.
1. Make sure you have birth dates and genders
- Go to Settings › Members and find Birth date and gender.
- Turn on Ask for birth date and gender on the join form, so new members fill them in themselves.
- For members you already have, open them, click to edit, and fill in Birth date and Gender. Both are optional, so nobody is turned away without them.
Importing from another system? Bring the birth date and gender columns along (see Import your members).
2. Check the count
- Go to Members, open the More menu (…) and click CFR count.
- Pick the Year.
- Read the grid: Men/boys, Women/girls, Other gender identity and Unknown, by age band.
- If someone lands in Unknown, click Show members. The members list opens filtered to Missing birth date or gender, so you can fill them in and come back.
3. Send in the numbers
- Click Open medlemstal.dk.
- Log in with your club's CFR number and foreningsnøgle.
- Type the numbers from the grid into the form, band by band.
Download CSV gives you a copy of the grid to keep with the club's papers.
