Install Clubroom on your phone or computer

Clubroom runs in the browser, so there's nothing to download from an app store. Add it to your home screen or desktop, and it opens in a window of its own, straight on Home.

Install it from the app itself, at app.getclubroom.com. The website and your members' card pages don't install the app.

1. Install it on an iPhone or iPad

1. Open app.getclubroom.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Keep the name "Clubroom" and tap Add.

Clubroom is now an icon on your home screen. Open it from there and sign in, as described below.

2. Install it on an Android phone

1. Open app.getclubroom.com in Chrome or Edge.
2. Open the browser's menu, the three dots.
3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen, whichever your phone shows, and confirm.

3. Install it on a computer

1. Open app.getclubroom.com in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar. Or open the browser's menu and look for Install.
3. Confirm, and Clubroom opens in its own window. It's in your Start menu, Launchpad or Applications, like any other program.

Safari on a Mac can do it too: File › Add to Dock.

4. Sign in on an iPhone or iPad

The app on an iPhone's home screen keeps its own sign-in, apart from Safari's, so a link in an email can't sign you in there: it opens Safari instead. That's why the app signs you in with a code.

1. Type your email and tap Email me a sign-in code.
2. Open the email from Clubroom. It has a 6-digit code.
3. Go back to Clubroom and type the code in Code from the email, then tap Sign in.

The code works once and for 15 minutes. After three wrong tries, ask for a new email.

Continue with Google isn't shown in the home-screen app, for the same reason: Google's sign-in would open outside it. If you usually sign in with Google, use the code with the same email address instead. It's the same account.

Accepting an invite to a club's team works the same way: in the home-screen app, the invite page offers Email me a sign-in code.

5. Sign in everywhere else

On Android and on a computer, the sign-in email has both a link and the code. Use whichever is easier. The link works once and for 15 minutes, like the code.

Once you're in, you stay signed in as long as you open Clubroom at least once every 30 days. To sign out, open your account menu and choose Sign out.
